《大而美法案》之后的社群行动策略 文|一呼 导语|当法律已成现实,我们如何仍然选择发声、选择行动? 2025年,《大而美法案》(One Big and Beautiful Bill Act, 简称 OBBBA)在激烈争议中通过。这部庞杂的法案囊括了税收调整、能源投资、社会福利重构等多个领域,却也引发了广泛质疑:对中产家庭的支持是否到位?对弱势群体的保护是否充足?公共资源分配是否公平? 法案既已成为现实,反对还“有用”吗?面对这样一个合情合理的问题,不少社区组织者、行动者开始调整姿态,把焦点转向“如何在新制度下争取最大利益”,而不是继续“无力地批评”。但我们想提出一个更具建设性的回应方式:不是批判或务实的二选一,而是批判与务实的双轨并行。
