《大而美法案》之后的社群行动策略 文｜一呼 导语｜当法律已成现实，我们如何仍然选择发声、选择行动？ 2025年，《大而美法案》（One Big and Beautiful Bill Act, 简称 OBBBA）在激烈争议中通过。这部庞杂的法案囊括了税收调整、能源投资、社会福利重构等多个领域，却也引发了广泛质疑：对中产家庭的支持是否到位？对弱势群体的保护是否充足？公共资源分配是否公平？ 法案既已成为现实，反对还“有用”吗？面对这样一个合情合理的问题，不少社区组织者、行动者开始调整姿态，把焦点转向“如何在新制度下争取最大利益”，而不是继续“无力地批评”。但我们想提出一个更具建设性的回应方式：不是批判或务实的二选一，而是批判与务实的双轨并行。
